I lead a team of 12 financial experts, responsible for selling banking, investment, financial planning & trust services to our corporate ($30MM+ annual revenue), commercial ($10MM+ annual revenue), and high net worth ($1MM+) customers throughout north and south central PA. Built strong relationships with referral channel partners that included regular review of books of business and target prospect opportunities. Cultivated centers of influence to serve as an external referral network to introduce new prospects and source opportunities to acquire new primary clients. Delivered consultative advice and solutions to deepen client relationships, achieve growth in revenue and ensure client retention. Leveraged strong client commitments to seek introductions to new wealth management prospects. Lead team members to identify opportunities to improve pricing, grow assets under management and/or banking balances to enhance profitability.
