Daily Duties at Inter Act Systems:
• Coordinated with a team of software engineers, sales force, support staff, and system integrators to correct issues with Inter-Act's proprietary data mining marketing software, reporting my findings and fixes to management. • Managed top level technical support team (domestic level three support). • Ran network troubleshooting between Windows NT systems and IBM 4680/4690 POS (Point of Sale) systems. • Diagnosed and solved software and hardware issues with in-house IBM 4680/4690 POS systems. • Set-up, demonstrated, attended, and traveled with networked demo systems for trade shows. • Created and executed performance testing on new hardware and software. • Wrote Field Technicians Handbook for diagnosing problems on-site with proprietary kiosk-based marketing systems. • Managed two field teams of technical support staff who covered full U.S. market. • Responsible for at least two supermarket chain system integrations, including development, roll-out and installation.
