Daily Duties at E Media:
• Ran Research and Development lab, including consideration of new equipment, products, and techniques. • Responsible for all aspects of digital media creation, including management of digital media production and encoding team. • Designed and built servers and hardware to support new digital streaming media production technology. • Built and scaled up a fully operational audio/video streaming broadcast studio and distribution network for publishing live audio and video content through a private network operations center. • Created, developed, and brought to market a line of new distribution servers and media encoders designed to improve quality and widen access to streaming media. • Directed, produced, and edited live and pre-recorded streaming media projects. • Managed on-site and off-site video production crews performing video shoots. • Led day-to-day streaming broadcast operations center. • Provided technical support to sales staff.
