• Lead fast-paced IT department, managing full breadth of technology and communications-related strategic planning, implementation, and support. • Complete Microsoft network built from scratch comprised of MS desktop clients, MS x64/x32-bit Exchange Servers, NAS RAID storage, and Blackberry Enterprise Server. Later addition of iOS and Android to platform. • Supervise support for proprietary Dealer Management System built on MS SQL server. • Effectively and efficiently manage team in supporting full network, including all troubleshooting, software and hardware upgrading and security protection. • Achieve high standards for on-time response and resolution of all support issues. • Continually research and assess options for streamlining process and technologically innovative solutions. • GM Certification : Partner Security Coordinator and GM Training Administrator
