Daily Duties at Shoreline Rentals:
As Reservations Manager, I supervised reservation operations, daily guest check-in, front desk operations; handled reservations, golf and tennis packages, and set up group functions. Personally trained all new employees. Advised owners with and facilitated upgrades of their personally owned units. Responsible for effective problem solving along with serving our guest, owners, and staff with any needs it must fulfill. In addition to my duties as a reservations manager, I handled the marketing for all magazines, newspapers, website, and corporate endeavors. I produced the 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 Vacation Rental Guides, in addition to producing and selling ads for the yearly guest directory.
