Directly responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for 30 short-line railroads and 34 contract switching operations in 18 states, Duties include overseeing month end close process, P/L budget variance analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliancy, operating/capital budget preparation, revenue protection, property tax preparation.
