Daily Duties at Grubb & Ellis :
• Coordinated strategic planning of client's 25 million square foot portfolio to reduce costs and minimize risk. • Identified skills necessary to complete projects; assembled a team with these skills and elicit cooperation from team members to deliver quality results in a timely manner. • Monitored comments emanating from the field and suggested solutions or alternate perspective to the task at hand. • Conducted financial analysis, interpreted results and proposed alternate approaches to obtain approval and execute transactions. • Responsible for Weekly and Bi monthly revenue forecast that would be incorporated into senior leadership reporting. • Entertained clients via dinners and occasional concerts or sporting events to maintain and improve relationships while better understanding personalities and underlying motivators. • Supervised the work of an Associate Director and an Administrative Assistant. • Assembled presentations for market information required for clients' planning and/or budgeting. • Problem-solve and trouble-shoot issues arising from account activity. • Oversaw maintenance of all transaction and forms files. • Prepare project control books for document management.
