Daily Duties at Atlas Cold Storage:
Managed Mountville PA 2nd shift Operations, responsible for client's inventories, focusing on on time receipt,storage shipment of temperature sensitive, lot controlled refrigerated and frozen grocery skus. Managed 30+ employees, providing cross-training, mentoring, support and coaching. Implemented and managed cross dock and tempering programs for clients, writing SOP and process documentation for all functional areas. Moved into Project Management, managing WMS/RF conversions of 10 facilities, including facility programming/set up, employee training, post-conversion support and continuous improvement initiatives.
