Daily Duties at 101 Productions, Ltd:

Managed a 35-member business unit with full accountability for management of all business functions of a live entertainment company generating annual revenues of $2 million. Managed and processed weekly payroll and benefits for 35 business units. Managed and processed Accounts Payable & Receivable with a weekly budget of $75,000.00. Processed and distributed weekly Royalty Payments to producers, investors, vendors and artistic staff. Solicited, negotiated and contracted Hotel/travel/bus/rental car scheduling during national tour for over 45 business units. Delivery of performance and relationship management via contract compliance for up to 45 touring cast/crew/musicians/artistic staff. Box Office accounting/reporting up to $100k weekly. Weekly financial settlement and reporting of production expenses and profit. Supervision of of three department heads and their staff. Direct communications and reporting with Producers, General Managers, Accountants and support staff. Oversaw all ticket orders and nightly box office statements. Oversaw all Food and Beverage orders related to theatrical production. Oversaw all workers comp claims and correspondence for onstage and backstage personnel. Producing representative for all local publicity and community outreach events and initiatives.
