Daily Duties at Ross Ecdc:
Seasonal supervisor hired through a temporary staffing agency during my layoff period from The Jay Group (seasonal). Managed all pick pack ship activity in zone specific pack range store product fulfillment. Moved to various areas of the operation because of my proven process engineering experience and training. Managing in excess of 50 employees per area, focusing on coaching and employee retention. Conducted employee performance meetings in accordance to corporate GMP in order to improve accuracy, accountability and efficiencies.
