Recruited to direct both day-to-day and long-term planning for the first ever theatrical touring production. Managed and processed weekly payroll of $50k and benefits for 25 business units Managed and processed Accounts Payable & Receivable with a weekly budget of $260,000.00. Process and distributed weekly Royalty Payments to producers, investors, vendors and artistic staff. Solicited, negotiated and contracted Hotel/travel/bus/rental car scheduling across the country for 35 business units. Delivery of performance and relationship management via contract compliance for up to 35 touring cast/crew/musicians/artistic staff over the course of a year's time. Box Office Financial Accounting/Reporting up to $600,000.00 weekly. Weekly financial settlement and reporting of production expenses and profit. Supervision of of seven department heads, including Carpentry, Audio, Props, Wardrobe, Music, Electrics and Merchandise. Following their various labor agreements to insure compliance. Direct communications and reporting with Producers, General Managers, Accountants and support staff. Producing representative for all local publicity, educational and community outreach events and initiatives.
