Daily Duties at Perdue Farms:
I managed four mature business lines in the retail grocery category. All four business lines were underperforming when I took over. In less than two years I’d turned around all four business lines, two of which were the only profitable lines in the retail business until, the third was at break even, and I had developed a turn-around plan for the fourth, which was implemented after my departure.

Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
