Daily Duties at Air Force Research Laboratory Materials And Manufacturing Directorate:

Execute AFRL/RX HBCU/MI Program strategy and planning and engage in the establishment of funded and non-funded research partnerships between AFRL/RX divisions and HBCU/MIs and minority serving institutions (MSIs). Created research opportunities that support and help to fulfill a diverse range of RX mission technology needs, provide enhancement of RX related MSI research capabilities and educate/train potential candidates to refresh the materials and manufacturing workforce inside and outside of AFRL/RX. Partner with the AFRL/RX SBIR/STTR Program to increase/facilitate involvement of HBCU/MIs and MSIs in Air Force and other DoD agency STTR Programs
