Represented developers, financial institutions and other investors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets, including office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums and cooperatives. Review, analysis, and supervision with respect to asset purchase agreements, title reports, commercial space leases, construction agreements and other applicable real estate documents, and compliance with 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
