Daily Duties at Poe Restoration:
●Develop business with potential customers and assess each potential opportunity to develop a proposed bid ●Estimate project costs, perform take-offs and develop project proposals working directly with the investors and clients ●Lead and manage project resources in multiple job sites and ensure progress meets pre-determined parameters and timelines and adheres to contractual agreements ●Identify areas of improvement and execute plans ●Regular meetings and discussions with customers to determine their specific requirements and report project progress ●Conduct on-site walk-throughs with investors / clients explaining all progress and answer any and all questions ●Build good rapport with new clients while maintaining good relationships and trust with existing clients ●Supervise 3-5 teams at a time consisting of 7-10 team members ●Coordinate order/delivery of all required materials and equipment for each job site ●Perform and be familiar with all construction aspects of masonry projects in accordance with architectural blueprints
