I planned and implemented a group therapy program for patients on an AIDS unit, dementia unit and psychiatric units during my length of employment. I provided education and support to patients regarding medications and hospitalization. I participated in the interdisciplinary team meetings, charted notes in the medical records and communicated patients progress. I coordinated community outings and planned hospital wide special events working on committees and unit based special events. I trained, supervised, and evaluated volunteers.
