Utilizing leasing property • Experience in contracting received top award of negotiating and awarding contracts with commercial organization, investigate prices for office supplies and evaluate supplier. • Identify office supplies needed and equipment’s, insure provision of the office logistics support, manage travel and transportation to insure efficiency and economy spending . • Establishes and follows appropriate development plans. Analyzes customer needs and recommends solution. Ensure services performance standards meet and exceed expectations. • Solve daily operation issues and develop new methods to ensure compliance and reduction of error margins. • Successful track record of improving office services /management daily operations in large companies and ability to organize work under pressure. • Office set up and company relocation, planning and execution
