* Full accounting responsibility for budget analysis and forecasts, A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, monthly/quarterly/annual P&L's and balance sheets. * Developed, nurtured positive realtionships with internal/external clients, community organizations, governmental entities and vendors. * Prepared, reconciled and made daily deposits for the company. * Managed shrinkage, inventory and evaluated areas for cost reduction and capital preservation. * Created and implemented sales incentive games/programs, tracked POS, market cooler share and retail sales. * Established, documented and implemented office procedures in multiple areas (administration, marketing, sales, inventory). * On the public relations front, in line with the values of Coors, liaised with various local, state and national non-profit organizations, encouraging recycling, litter and pollution reduction/control; spoke publicly to various community organizations on these topics; organized and managed environmental projects (i.e. improvements to the Arkansas River Trail System on Arbor Day, beautification projects, recycling programs, etc.). * Provided full-spectrum administrative support for the President. * Participated with and represented the President in numerous civic and non-profit organizations. Including managing numerous projects, fund-raising events, speaking publicly and serving on boards.
