Daily Duties at Town Of Wellington:

* Fostered positive, collaborative relationships both internally and externally. * Fully bonded/insured, managed petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable (including utility billing and payments) and prepared/made deposits for the Town. * Created, forecasted, presented and managed budgets. * Managed the town hall and administrative personnel for the Town. * Researched, implemented and maintained a "125 Full-Flex Cafeteria Plan," medical, dental, child care, prepaid legal and retirement benefits program for all town employees. * Establlished, documented, stream-lined and implemented office procedures. * Responded to all complaints from residents and worked with them to resolve issues and make improvements. * Identified services/goods/equipment/supplies needed, interviewed vendors, prepared feasibility studies/proposals for presentation to the Board (complete with cost analysis and competitive price studies), then implemented and managed contracts/vendors associated therewith. * Liaison to the Sheriff's Department, Humane Society and other governmental entities. * Responsible for the office budget, projected expenses, operational needs (significant expense reductions during my tenure). * Kept all official records, contracts, minutes for the Town - in charge of archives and confidential information; * Responsible for the organization, preparation and implementation of meetings for the Board of Trustees, Planning Commission and Economic Development Commission. * Elections Official for the Town. * Liquor Enforcement Official for the Town. * Enforced local ordinances; assisted in drafting/implementing local ordinances and resolutions for the municipality. * Managed the town cemetery and maintained official records, including burial plot data. * Performed complex research and managed numerous projects.
