Ppdi Work Values

Daily Duties at Ppdi:

 Work as a Technical Lead responsible for configuring, testing and implementing Interactive Voice Response systems, Interactive Web Response systems, and Patient Recruitment systems.  Analyze and review the business and functional requirements for developing and testing .  Use Mercury Quick Test Professional (QTP) automation tool for functional and regression test.  Prepare Test Scripts based on Functional Requirements and Use Cases.  Use “Jira” for Defect Tracking.  Use Toad for running SQL Queries and PL/SQL Programs as needed.  Provide technical leadership for activities such as unit testing, code reviews, first-line end-user support and problem solving.  Involve in conferences and walkthroughs with developers and BA’s on existing issues.  Work with the Systems Designers to gain understanding of the system requirements and scope; coding applications and performing unit, integration, and system level testing according to design specifications.
