Daily Duties at Oracle Corporation:
I was supporting Siebel CRM. I resolve technical customer issues involving installation, upgrade, and configuration of Siebel CRM and vertical/industry-specific applications. As per the need, I advise customers by identifying solutions to improve system performance and efficiently customize the applications. As a part of my job, I perform business analysis defining functional requirements and recommending detailed steps to achieve the desired functionality. Liaison to other customer service teams, negotiating rapid and correct assignment of customer Service Requests. Mentor team mates, helping them build their expertise. I also coordinate delivery of product enhancements and fixes.
