Daily Duties at Intracorp:

* Managed all aspects of the Regional Director's office, providing exceptional customer service, professional representation and projecting a positive image, on his behalf. * Managed an incredibly busy calendar, correspondence, heavy travel, meeting coordination, interdepartmental projects and served as first point of contact for clients, vendors, employees, VIP visitors and candidates. * Performed complex research, financial analysis and created income statements, reports/presentations associated therewith. * Hired, trained, managed, reviewed the office services staff. * Developed, authored, implemented efficient processes/procedures for the administrative/office services staff. The result, a highly efficient, productive, goal oriented, happy team. * Designed and managed events, negotiated contracts and provided seamless, high-quality experiences. * Liaison to various departments, committees, organizations. * Managed office supplies and various other budgets, contracts, vendors, for this regional office. * Attended off-site meetings and represents Area Director at various functions.
