Daily Duties at Chateau Communities:

• Partnered with and supported the CEO, in all aspects - first point of contact, relationship development (all levels internal and external), managed his calendar, meetings, travel and expenses; authored correspondence, managed special projects, as assigned. • Developed a positive image for the executive office. • Maintained the confidentiality of the CEO's business; organized and managed all confidential files for the CEO and Board of Directors. • Liaison for private jet services. • Designed and created presentations/reports for the CEO and Board of Directors. • As office manager, interviewed, hired, trained and reviewed receptionists and mailroom staffs. • Authored and implemented departmental processes/procedures. • Researched needs, negotiated, executed and managed contracts for goods/services. • Direct liaison to and manager of all vendors. • Composed and sent correspondence, emails and company-wide announcements as needed. • In charge of space management, headcount growth projections, reconfigurations and coordination of employee moves. • Managed construction and other special projects, as assigned. • Managed security system and badge issuance/tracking.
