Forecasted, controlled and tracked costs. • Purchasing agent, at times, for this national headquarters. • Fostered collaborative, results driven attitudes within the executive leadership team and company employees. • Liaison to internal and external clients, nationwide and internationally. • Served as ambassador to assist international employees and their families with relocation, orientation, settling in and cultural transition to America. • Established and managed the office (oriented, supervised, mentored and helped new employees with their professional growth). • Prepared business plans with graphic and narrative presentations for corporate projects and road trips, utilized to obtain funding. • International contact for all VIP's, clients, confidential contacts.
