• Managed the Denver Regional Office, administrative and facilities staffs, contracts, vendors, security, life-safety systems and $1.2MM annual budget. • As national lead Administrative Manager, developed and implemented training, processes, procedures and performance standards for all Administrative Managers and Facilities Specialists in the U.S. • Hired, on-boarded, trained, managed, developed/mentored, evaluated and terminated administrative and facilities personnel. • Forecasted expenses. • Security officer for this regional office. • Negotiated contracts and managed vendors. • Managed the expansion/opening of offices to Chicago and Virginia (construction, staffing, contracts). • Designed and implemented all corporate events for this regional office, with seamless execution. • Designed, built, managed corporate services web page.
