Daily Duties at Kwik Trip Inc.:
My primary responsibility was to operate retail locations and maximize their profitability by controlling costs, and increasing sales while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. I was the sole individual responsible for multiple retail locations over a seven year period. I was responsible for recruiting, screening, inteviewing, training, and developing my staff. I also worked as part of the team and handle many human resources related issues. I was able to control labor costs, meet goals, and often exceed standards over the course of my time in that position.
