Daily Duties at The Aes International College Of Greece & Cyprus:
Responsible of planning,organizing and directing all operations and business affairs of the College as an Executive Vice President and assist the institution to effectively use its resources to achieve its educational mission and improve institutional effectiveness. My main duties were included as to develop executive strategic plans, direct and evaluate business operations of the college including budget formulation and management, accounting and financial reports of annual targets,building and ground operations, human resources and enterprises service administration. Mainly, directing and solving all the study business projects and problems of broad scope and complexity with the basic goal to develop effective managerial policies,procedures, methods and organizational structures. The main responsibility was to develop all Strategic Plans, evaluate detail control audits and market analysis based on annual budget and objectives of the Board of Directors including recommendations of the allocation and expenditure of resources.
