Daily Duties at Tag Management:

oAdministrator over skilled nursing facilities in both Moulton, Texas and Bay City, Texas oResponsible for marketing each facility and increasing census. Increased census 8% in under a year in a community of less than 900. oInvolved in facility inquiry and admission process regarding medical necessity and financial responsibility of patient. oMarketed to local hospitals, physicians and civic groups about each facility. oHeld monthly QA meetings with department heads and Medical Director of each facility. oResponsible for setting and maintaining monthly department budgets and limiting overtime. oHandle all manner of complaints from residents, family and employees. oPerformed AIT internship at Twin Pines nursing and rehab in Victoria, Texas.

You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
