Daily Duties at Dynamic Systems:
Processed over 50 local and out of town travel expense. Entered the companies payroll into the Deltek payroll module. Processed vendor invoices and coded using the General Ledger accounts. Reconciled the employee American Express Accounts making sure that each account had the correct reciepts which pertained to the charges on the credit card. Once the vouchers are enterd into the Accounts Payable module I printed the Open AP Module and selected which vouchers should be paid. Printed the checks and posted to the cash dispursement module. Once checks are printed and signed I mail the checks out and file the vouchers.
