Oversaw 38 states for the purchase of bulk mortgage purchases from banks and brokers to securitized on Wall Street. Managed Account Executives and District Managers within this large territory. Responsible for all aspects of the production, risk management, personnel training, and quality control. Large negotiations and transactions were performed on a Weighted Average Coupon model.
