Daily Duties at Ubs:

Manage all move, add, chance support requests for a dedicated client team through service providers. Lead specific projects within the Implementation team. Assist desktop support and support desk, when needed, in issues problem solving, as well as, initial set up of new hire and replacement PCs. Run daily and weekly reports for Implementation and Support Desk service level agreements, as well as, ad hoc reporting when requested. Train team members in new processes and technologies as they are introduced to the firm. Identify cost savings within our teams’ control.
