Daily Duties at Bank Of America Merchant Services:
Joined the Strategic Client Development Supermarket and Petroleum team to utilize resources and technology of BAMS, First Data and Bank of America to serve existing merchants and establish new business. Focused on the sale of frontend and backend processing, mobile commerce, gift cards, payroll cards, and value added services. • Led and coordinated the BAMS, First Data, and Bank of America Mobile Commerce innovation team to work with Safeway for their “Just for U” program • Developed relationships with the Bank of America treasury managers to develop strategies to gain the acquiring business for Publix, Kroger, Winn-Dixie, BI-LO and BJ’s Wholesale • Worked with the relationship managers, product specialists, IT project managers, finance and legal department to meet the needs of the merchant • Prepared and presented presentations to upper management at Fortune 100 supermarkets
