Daily Duties at Sodexo Food Services:
Food production and supervision (35 employees) for a 168 bed hospital (empolyee cafeteria and patients). Also I was responsible for hiring, training, coaching, food ordering,inventory control, documentation and preparation for all govenment inspections.
