Collaborate with and support Operators, Franchise Partners and Market Training Leaders to develop talent, align on standards, and ensure standards are maintained and sustained in Certified Training Stores around the globe. Lead and ensure delivery and execution of training programs and standards, certify training stores, and support all training related promotions and initiatives.
