Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Promoted to direct several key business-critical technology efforts for 23 applications in the Commercial Process Technology division and then to Global Fulfillment Technology to direct all aspects of document management and Business Process Management (BPM) systems integration initiatives. Led over 100 staff members located in the US, Mexico, and India to provide business process management solutions in credit analytics, commercial credit portal capability, and lifecycle document management updates. Administered annual budget of up to $7MM-$10MM in providing technology support and producing initiatives application development.
