Daily Duties at Paradise Valley Hospital:
Takes exceptional care of people by coordinating and leading the patient care team in the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care in accordance with the guidelines and standards of nursing care as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act. Performs all responsibilities/duties required by the Medical and/or Surgical (post-operative) unit or division as defined in the scope of service, to assure that the unique nature of the patient is addressed. This includes, but is not limited to, the age of the patient served.
