Prepared and maintained Monthly and Annual condominium meeting minutes in accordance with MGL c.183A. • Provided legal assistance with property purchases and sales, due diligence, leases, evictions, collections. Managed outside counsel in insurance, collections, condominium law, and eviction matters.
