Completed property improvement projects within budget and time deadlines. • Supervised and managed maintenance personnel and construction contractors with daily, weekly and major property improvement projects. • Scheduled and chaired Monthly and Annual condominium board/owner meetings. Prepared and maintained Monthly and Annual condominium meeting minutes in accordance with MGL c.183A. • Provided legal assistance with property purchases and sales, due diligence, leases, evictions, collections. Managed outside counsel in insurance, collections, condominium law, and eviction matters.
