Daily Duties at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center:
Customer Service Representative II Responsible for answering and processing a variety of service related requests from patients, visitors and hospital staff. These services include inpatient and outpatient meal requests, Patient Transport, Linen Service, Environment/Clinical Services, Engineering and Conference Room Booking. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative II provide back up to the PBX Attendant by answering the switch board calls.
