COORDINATES ACTIVIES AND PARTICIPATES IN FACT-FINDING MEETINGS. PARTICIPATES IN SHOULD-COST & PRICE REVIEWS WITH MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER REPS. PARTICIPATES AS A MEMBER OF THE CONTRACT NEGOTIATING TEAM. CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CONCEPTS, TECHNIQUES, AND STANDARDS. DEMONSTRATES THE SKILL AND ABILITY TO PERFORM COMPLEX TASKS. ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AN CLEARLY PRESENT TECHNICAL APPROACHES AND FINDINGS. DEVELOPES SOLUTIONS TO COMPLEX PROBLEMS. SERVES AS A CONSULTANT TO MANAGEMENT & SPECIAL ETERNAL SPOKESPERSON FOR THE ORGANIZATION. MAJOR MATTERS PERTAINING TO ITS POLICIES, PLANS AND OBJECTIVES.
