Daily Duties at Emcor :

• Responsible for the operational direction of staffing, financial performance, logistics, and development for facilities service delivery for a 10 million square foot multi-site domestic and Canadian portfolio of 31 buildings and a staff of 450. • Developed new Strategic direction for organization construct and strategy for account control and maintenance delivery, vendor tracking, etc, to better serve and implement cost savings initiatives. • Planned and implemented new vendor sourcing procedure – driving/leveraging performance delivery of over $50MM vendor services and/or preferred suppliers. • Introduced new structure/tools within the organization as a way to manage communications and share best practices across a geographic division resulting in an efficiently and effectively communicate team building process. • Responsible for state and federal compliance of OSHA, state ordinances and green operations.
