Daily Duties at Aoc Support Services, Inc.:
I wrote numerous winning proposals for multi-award, task order contracts (MATOC) that included contracts from the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), and the Navy’s multiple-award SeaportE contract. Using my past experience, I was instrumental in winning the firm fixed price/indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (FFP/IDIQ) Base Operations Support Services (BOSS) contract at NAF El Centro, CA. This contract featured a five-year term followed by five, 1-year award terms which are awarded based upon performance. Operations manager responsible for performance of the project including profit and loss (P&L), schedule, customer relations, quality, health, safety, and environmental programs. I conducted a six month contract phase-in program and then provided daily management of 130+ multi-skilled, multi-tasked operations staff while maintaining all compliance requirements
