 Project Management for the Technology group projects.  Delivery Management for the Technology group projects  Involved in the Proposal writing for the new opportunities and identifying the new opportunities.  Identifying the process improvements for the existing applications.  Taking care of the Project initiation, planning, co-ordination & execution of all the Technology projects.  Taking care of new initiatives & Resourcing for the Technology group.  Knowledge officer for the relationship Knowledge Management
