Daily Duties at Citi Investment Bank:
Program / Delivery Management for the Development & Operations teams. Single Point of Coordination across the different teams and tracking of the deliveries Project initiation, Planning, Estimation review, co-ordination & execution. Building the Metrics and providing analysis reports for process improvements Identifying the process improvements and tack the Implementation. Identify the Cost saving initiatives for the existing applications and tack the Implementation. Involved in Identifying and Proposal writing for the new opportunities
