Daily Duties at Citi Investment Bank:

 Program / Delivery Management for the Development & Operations teams.  Single Point of Coordination across the different teams and tracking of the deliveries  Project initiation, Planning, Estimation review, co-ordination & execution.  Building the Metrics and providing analysis reports for process improvements  Identifying the process improvements and tack the Implementation.  Identify the Cost saving initiatives for the existing applications and tack the Implementation.  Involved in Identifying and Proposal writing for the new opportunities
