Continually analized departmental processes to implement refinements and improvements. Managed and supervised facility personnel including hiring, promotions, recognition, discipline, and performance management. Established process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfactions. Resolved problems and/or conflicts and maintained open communication with the customer base. Managed subcontractor specifications, problems/issues, performance and administration. Provided technical expertise and guidance to O&M staff and manages resolution of complex problems.
