Daily Duties at St. Jude Medical Center :
▪ Surgical Admitting/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit RN. Perform charge nurse duties, responsible for productivity, flow of unit, and produce unit/call schedules. Assist surgeon and anesthesiologist to prepare patients for in and out-patient surgical procedures. Perform staff education with anesthesiologist for implementation of Nerve Block Room on SAA. Assist with competencies for Point of Care Services annually on I-Stat and HCG testing. Serve as a Preceptor for nursing staff in SAA. Actively participate on Unit
