Developed and executed marketing strategy for the company’s services portfolio  Created and executed marketing plans that reflected a sales, technical and project level focus  Managed existing sales staff, re-shaped messaging, and conducted extensive prospect research and contact  Executed consultative sales process to discover, shape and respond to customer requirements  Developed plans and methods to optimize revenue from existing customers  Authored numerous RFP responses, client and partner agreements  Interfaced with technical staff located on and off shore to manage delivery process  Close and negotiate new business  Primary technical focus was database centric, .NET and Java applications
