Provided technology leadership in driving operational excellence and production stability initiatives to significantly reduce failed customer interactions and improve system restoral time for the following Consumer Banking Channels Technology segments: Banking Center, ATM, and Contact Center Voice, Fraud, and Claims production support centers.
