Oversaw monthly and quarterly financial reporting and consolidation for US and International operations representing more than $660M in annual revenues. Supervised Corporate Accounting, Consolidations, and Financial Systems departments consisting of seven employees. Liaised with the external and internal auditors on a quarterly basis regarding the company’s financial statements. Provided CFO with variance analysis of the Company’s revenue and expenses—and with strategic and financial support on special projects. Performed internal control reviews (operational and financial) on field offices (U.S., Canada and U.K.), ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and the company’s accounting policies. Managed annual tax reporting to parent company.
