Maintained accountability for Corporate Finance budget while serving as primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding company’s financial statements and SOX 404 compliance. Developed all narratives, control processes, risk assessments, and test plans to ensure auditory success. Monitored and maintained worldwide accounting policies to ensure consistent and compliant reporting across global operations.
