-Manage the field service, technical service, repair depot and field applications groups for North America. -Maintain service partnerships throughout Central and South America, Europe and Asia and the Middle East. -Develop service material for continued support of all product. -Maintain and distribute all service related data to direct and indirect service operations globally.
